Registration is now open for the 22nd annual Swing for SHELTER. The tournament is on Monday, July 22 at Round Hill Country Club, Alamo.
At SHELTER, Inc., we believe homelessness is an obstacle that can be overcome. Every man, woman and child who seeks our help is unique and we strive to end their struggles by tailoring services to fit their needs, from rental assistance to housing to providing them with supportive services such as tutoring, employment services and life skills training.
Since 1986, SHELTER, Inc. has prevented thousands of families from losing their homes and placed thousands more in homes that they maintain on their own. Families graduate from SHELTER, Inc.’s programs and become self-sufficient, providing for themselves and their families.
Each year, SHELTER, Inc. helps over 6,000 men, women and children in Contra Costa County; almost half of those helped are children.
